Maintaining a high productivity while on the road is key for the digital nomad. Having the space to be able to find the flow you need whether it’s to get things done to be able to surf more or to get a jumpstart on the next deadline. We have desks with plenty of space, meeting rooms, sofas and booths where you can make private calls. With a top notch office space indoors and a beautiful garden outdoors creativity will for sure flow freely.

How we live everyday life
We’re a close-knit group here in Portugal – living for the moments, surf & good times. The work-life balance is amazing, and we work the schedule just as much around the waves as the 9-5.
We believe that getting great work done, doesn’t mean that you must sacrifice the good times! When you’ve signed up for the Work&Surf package, you also have access to everything at the camp. Here you have all the facilities to structure and create your everyday life just the way you want it.
Take a refreshing dip in the pool after a meeting, sign up for a yoga class to kickstart the day, refuel your energy with one of our yummy smoothie bowls, fit in a training session at our outdoor gym, or take a coffee break in our cosy lounge.
What's Included
Simple, yet flexible
We have made it really simple to come and stay. Our Coworking/Coliving solutions are based on just that, live and work and the rest is extra. If you want to book surfing, yoga or training, then let’s make all those decisions on the spot, on the day, on the location.
No matter what you decide to sign up for, you will leave with good memories, and most likely, friends for life.

We have made a commitment to our ocean, beaches and community. They are our playground, our home and our livelihood. We are going to leave them better than we found them. That means that all our employees, friends and guests helps out with recycling and taking other actions for the environment. Each week there are beach cleaning and recycling activities to ensure that our home stays the way it was supposed to be.
