Flights and transport to the camp are not included. We are happy to arrange a convenient transfer from Lisbon to the camp, which takes approximately 40 minutes.
Our outstanding buffet breakfasts at the camp are included in all packages. Not included, but equally yummy, after surf, you'll find a wide range of healthy and tasty options available to order a la carte from our lunch menu in the restaurant. With that freedom to choose, we offer fun family dinners & events at the camp, all paid separately.

We’re a close-knit group here in Portugal – living for the moments, surf & good times. The work-life balance is amazing, and we work the schedule just as much around the waves as the 9-5.
We believe that getting great work done, doesn’t mean that you must sacrifice the good times! When you’ve signed up for the Work&Surf package, you also have access to everything at the camp. Here you have all the facilities to structure and create your everyday life just the way you want it.
Take a refreshing dip in the pool after a meeting, sign up for a yoga class to kickstart the day, refuel your energy with one of our yummy smoothie bowls, fit in a training session at our outdoor gym, or take a coffee break in our cosy lounge.

Sunscreen: To reduce pollution we recommend using Oxybenzone-free products to help conserve our favourite playground - the ocean. We sell environmentally friendly sunscreen and zinc at the camp.
Plastic bottles: At Lapoint, we destroy waves, not the planet. Therefore, as a part of our sustainability program, we don’t sell any plastic bottles and try to limit the use of plastic at the camp. In doing so, please bring a reusable water bottle for your trip to Portugal. If you don’t own one, don’t worry, we sell environmentally friendly aluminium water bottles in reception.

We have made a commitment to our ocean, beaches and community. They are our playground, our home and our livelihood. We are going to leave them better than we found them. That means that all our employees, friends and guests helps out with recycling and taking other actions for the environment. Each week there are beach cleaning and recycling activities to ensure that our home stays the way it was supposed to be.
