As our Digital Acquisition Specialist, your responsibility is to increase awareness and drive quality traffic and growth through paid and non-paid channels. You have a strong background in performance marketing, Google Ads and social media advertising and have lots of experience in CRM and email automation.

We are a small company that has grown rapidly over the last 10 years. Today, we have surf camps in 10 different destinations around the world, giving 10 000 guests every year an unforgettable experience. And, to us, it is all about the good times. And who are you?

We are looking for a driven, tech-savvy and analytical person who has a strong background in performance marketing and can take our digital acquisition to the next level. You have deep knowledge and several years of experience in paid search, social media advertising, ad platforms (f.i. Google/Meta) and email marketing. You also have genuine interest and experience in AI tools and you are using them in your day to day life.  

To succeed in this role, you have a test-and-learn approach, strong analytical skills, are able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and have a drive to surpass performance expectations. 

You will be working closely with our Head of e-commerce & digital business to ensure we are always at the forefront of traffic driving and growth through different channels. You will also work with our content team to ensure our ads, emails etc. are always top-notch. 

A proven track record of working with growth and performance marketing is key, together with an analytical mindset and a passion for continuous improvement based on metrics and data. You are a good project manager and can monitor results, and analyze and adapt the plan going forward.

As a person, you are a curious problem-solver and you always find a solution to challenges that come your way. If you also have a great understanding of marketing in general, are self-motivated and love to work in an international, high-paced environment you’ll be perfect for the role. We also want there to be a passion for what we do, so we believe you have a genuine interest in surfing and traveling. 

Responsibilities

  • Managing the performance marketing through Google Ads for all markets 

  • Developing and managing social media marketing

  • Continuously analyzing performance to improve campaign performance and conversion

  • Increase our subscriber base and be the owner of our CRM and email marketing initiatives

  • Analyze campaign traffic in Google Analytics 4

  • Always keep an eye on the new trends to identify new acquisition opportunities

  • Plan, execute and follow up on SEO link-building initiatives

  • Collaborate with our content creators to make sure our ads are always relevant and perform well

  • Report on KPIs and share your knowledge of performance and email marketing with the marketing team

  • Staying up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and best practices in paid search, social media advertising and email marketing

  • Ensure GDPR compliance in ads

  • Ensure that our ads are on-brand and follow our values and tone of voice

Skills & requirements

  • Extensive experience in performance marketing and growth using different channels

  • Strong experience in ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads etc.

  • Excellent skills to reach and engage the right audience with different forms of content

  • Performance mindset and strong analytical skills - looking to understand, optimize and improve and take decisions based on data. You know how to use different tools and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.

  • Highly organized with good project management skills

  • Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics 4

  • Experience in CRM and email marketing (we use Freshworks/Freshsales and Travelize)

  • Marketing background with an understanding of how the different marketing channels work together and preferably a good eye for content and communication

  • Driven, self-motivated, responsible and enjoy working in a high-paced environment 

  • Fluent in English and preferably one other European language

The job is a 100% position, starting in the autumn of 2024. You will be a part of the Digital business team, reporting to our Head of e-commerce & digital business.
