As a Social Bartender at Lapoint Camps, you’re more than just a bartender—you’re a key part of creating unforgettable guest experiences. Your role combines exceptional bartending skills with a vibrant and engaging personality to foster social activities and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Support Social Host Team 

• Assist booking of restaurants and other venues that the camp will attend on a weekly basis, and attend if needed

• Ensure bar and camp areas are tidy and organized

Our Social Hosts are in many ways the source of our guests’ satisfaction and the vehicle for providing the unique Lapoint experience. As a Social Host you’re responsible for spreading stoke, good vibes and enthusiastically & extensively hi-fiving our extended surfing family/guests throughout their stay. A normal day consists of everything from mellow beach-hang with the gang and late night yodeling with the crew at the after-surf party to meal-preparation and cleaning.


In short, a Social Host makes sure that all our guests are looked after and that they have the awesomest holiday of their lives. It’s a big job but if you’re the right person, it won’t feel like ‘work’ at all.

Responsibilities

• Socialise and engage with all guests at the camp

• Help organize, execute, market and sell activities at the camp

• Assist booking of restaurants and other venues that the camp will attend on a weekly basis, and attend if needed

• Ensure camp and camp areas are tidy and organized

• Assist with meal-preparation and some cleaning

• Carry out weekly follow-up tasks according to instructions given from Camp Manager

• Surf your little heart out!

• Mid-twenties

Lapoint Los Clavos, Nicaragua:  December 2025  - June  2026

We are currently looking for a Social Yogi for our vibrant camps around the world. The Social Yogi is both responsible for planning and teaching a set number of yoga lessons/week, as well as spreading stoke and good vibes to our guests. In short, a Social Yogi makes sure that all our guests are stretched out , looked after and that they have the most awesomest holiday of their lives.

It’s a big job but if you’re the right person, it won’t feel like ‘work’ at all.

Responsibilities

• Socialize and engage with all guests at the camp

• Plan and teach the set amount of yoga lessons/week 

• Help organize, execute, market and sell activities at the camp

• Assist booking of restaurants and other venues that the camp will attend on a weekly basis, and attend if needed

• Ensure camp and camp areas are tidy and organized

• Assist during meals to keep things running smoothly

• Carry out weekly follow-up tasks according to instructions given from Camp Manager

• Surf your little heart out!

Profile

We’d prefer you to have a few of the following boxes ticked:

• Experience in customer service, tourism and/or sales

• Being comfortable speaking English

• Certified Yoga Teacher/Completed YTT

• Outgoing and caring personality

• Above 25 years of age

• Valid driver’s license and comfortable riding a scooter

• Passion for Yoga and Surfing
