1. Immerse yourself in nature
If the last two years of the pandemic have taught us anything, it’s that nature and being outdoors is so important for our wellbeing. After being locked inside for such a long time, surfing is the perfect way to completely immerse yourself in nature again!
2. Tick off your bucket list again
Another thing many people regretted during the pandemic was the fact that they hadn’t travelled and done the things they wanted when they actually had the opportunity to do so. Going on a surf camp is a bucket-list experience for many, and now is the time to go out in the world and start ticking off that list again!
3. Get out of your comfort zone
After having had the same routines for a very long time, new impulses have definitely been lacking in many people’s life. To learn something new and get out of your comfort zone is very healthy for you – it builds resilience and gives you a confidence boost. Going on a surf adventure is the perfect post- pandemic trip because you get to experience something totally different and use both your body and mind to learn something new!
4. Reconnect with the world
During the last two years, our social circle has been very limited. Both in terms of who we could meet and how many people were allowed to gather. As a result, a lot of people now crave social interactions, new connections and diversity more than ever, and our surf camps are the perfect place to experience it all. Meet people from all over the world and get to connect over the passion for surfing!
5. Bring back your vibe
We’ve all had two challenging years, so now is the time to recharge and fuel your body and mind with things that make you happy! And did you know that surfing is scientifically proven to make you happier? The actual state of being stoked is a real thing. Ionized water particles in the air have a positive effect on our mood by triggering the release of endorphins and serotine – the happy hormones!
